Katie has a passion for working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing life’s changes, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, relationship concerns, work stress, and/or struggles with the legal system. She is inclusive of all gender, sexual, and relationship identities. Katie received her bachelors degree in Psychology, as well as her masters degree in Educational Psychology from the Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology program at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Katie was a 4 year member of the Gopher Women’s Hockey team during her collegiate career, where they won back to back NCAA National Championships in 2012 and 2013. In addition, Katie has experience coaching athletes from youth to high school and finds joy in watching each player develop on and off the playing field.
Katie is currently pursuing her doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University, and her clinical work is being supervised by Dr. Carlo A. Giacomoni.
