Kaycie M. Dale, MSW

Kaycie believes that psychotherapy is a source of healing and change.  We often find ourselves repeating the same patterns without knowing why or understanding how to break free of these unhealthy cycles.  Kaycie helps her clients identify and begin to understand these patterns and get to the underlying root of where and how they developed.  Kaycie’s therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and engaging.  She values warmth, humor, and strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for her clients to explore, understand, and heal.

Kaycie is psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed.  She sees clients from across the gender spectrum and is affirming of all gender identities and sexualities.  She has done extensive work with immigrants and refugees and welcomes clients from all racial and cultural identities.

Kaycie earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Minnesota, and completed a fellowship at the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.  She also has a private practice at Kaycie Dale Psychotherapy in Edina.  In her free time, Kaycie enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling.  She likes to explore new places with her little dog Chico.

Kaycie is being supervised by Dr. Carlo A. Giacomoni.
